Our mission is to prepare students for off-campus living in the Athens/Ohio University vicinity. With our support during the entire experience, we educate our resident students to recognize personal responsibility in order to successfully become independent members of the local community. As Ohio University Alumni, we feel that we can successfully identify with the needs of our residents while providing value and support for a complete college living experience.
Bobcat Rentals offers safe, clean, and convenient uptown locations as well as housing for students and professionals in Athens, Nelsonville, and The Plains.
What to expect from Bobcat Rentals
- Customer Service- Someone to answer the phone. Our office is open 9a.m. to 5p.m. Monday-Friday. We consistently check our messages at night and on the weekends for emergencies.
- Maintenance Staff- Someone to show up when we need them. From the owner to staff, action is quickly taken as if it were our own house.
- Quality- Who wants to live in a shack? All of our rentals are clean, have hardwood floors, and are freshly painted. There is plenty of parking, A/C, cable, and appliances. We continue to reinvest and upgrade our rentals in order to preserve them in the condition you want and need for your lifestyle.
- Landlord Who Cares- We understand that problems and accidents happen. Nobody is perfect, and neither are we. Don't hesitate to call us; we're there for you. Who knows, we may need your help someday. Together in this process, we can help inspire each other to be creative and change to be better people building better relationships.
