This student enclave is dominated by student housing. Unlike the uptown area, you’ll find very few businesses or any other non-housing options in this area. You can see plenty of old family homes that are now college rentals with some apartments in the area.

Being next to Court Street keeps these places lively also. You’ll find lots of old homes turned college rentals in this area as well. Anything that could have been turned into a college rental is currently a rental.

These streets have some close places and most have only 3 people tops. The local zoning rules prevent certain types of housing in certain parts of the town. These areas bear the brunt of some of those local rules but still have plenty of Campus Apartments Ohio University.
