Three bedroom duplex also located on Ohio University‘s East Green of the Athens campus and steps away from Stewart Street and McCracken field. The porch provides a prime vantage point during the spring and fall fests. If four people want to live here, the living room can be the fourth bedroom. Since there’s only two apartments, we’ve had several groups of six/seven people lease both units to live ‘together’. Residents also pay all utilities (Water/Sewer/Garbage/Recycling, Electric, Gas, Cable, Internet, Phone).
