Description

Three bedroom unit also located on Ohio University‘s East Green of the Athens campus and only steps away from Stewart Street and McCracken field. The porch provides a prime vantage point during the spring and fall fests. Since there’s only two apartments here, we’ve had several groups of six/seven people lease both units to live ‘together’. Residents also pay all utilities (Water/Sewer/Garbage/Recycling, Electric, Gas, Cable, Internet, Phone).
